“I stayed with my family for 7 days in August 2024 at the standard hotel. Upon arrival we were greeted by hotel staff who were friendly and attentive. The seaplane process was organized and fast. I didn't have to wait in the lounge. My arrival at the hotel was before the assigned check-in time and my room was ready, which was appreciated. “This was our second visit, and what struck us most was that the staff actually remembered us. Not in a scripted way, but genuinely: the restaurant team and the crew at the scuba shop both recognized us and picked up right where we left off. That says everything about the people who work here.
From the moment we stepped off the seaplane we were greeted warmly, and the team was consistently on hand with information and support all week, never intrusive and always helpful.
