Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Zeer slechte ervaring

Slechte ervaring. Personeel weet zelf de gang van zaken niet rondom inchecken en uitchecken wat dit erg lang laat duren. Wanneer je ontbijt bij je verblijf boekt kan je om 8u s morgens telefoon verwachten om je bestelling op te nemen. Wanneer je ze verteld dat je ze zelf terug belt zodra je wakker bent, bellen ze je gewoon over 10min weer terug voor je bestelling en dit blijven ze doen totdat je een bestelling hebt gedaan. Ik had een toast met jam besteld wat helemaal doorweekt was. Kamers zijn niet schoon, klein en niet te vergelijken met de foto’s op internet. De ligging is daarentegen wel perfect naast de bhagsu waterval en op loopafstand van de Dalai lama tempel
