Our stay at this hotel was comfortable. Good lobby space. Room size is good. Location is close to Dalai Lama temple and local market. Restaurant service and food was good. Staff are friendly and supportive. Price is slightly high about 15% more for the quality of accommodation.

Excellent location, just 5 to 10 minutes walk to Dalai Lama temple. The room was spacious and clean. Hot water for the shower runs perfectly. The staff were very helpful.

I cannot rate this hotel high enough . The cleanliness helpful staff and above all ambience . The staff were so friendly and helpful and respected peoples time . Special thank you to manager fir making me feel so welcome . The rooms are lovely spacious clean and comfortable . 5 stars

Greatly situated and clean room

The hotel is situated centrally to the market and restaurants by short uphill walk of 10 minutes. The room booked was not with a view but the team moved us for the second and third nights with an adjusted rate. Staff is very friendly and the view from room with a balcony is superb. Will return.

The property is perfectly located near the McLeod Gang monastery and a short walk to all the outdoor shops. The views from the rooms are stellar, and the staff is so courteous and professional. Sonya, the concierge manager is really fantastic and makes you feel like a special guest at this truly beautiful hotel. Highly recommended!

L'hôtel est à 10 minutes à pied du temple du Dalai lama. L'équipe est accueillante, professionnelle. J'ai pu dîner sur place le soir, excellents repas. J'ai pu réservé un taxi pour mon trajet vers l'aéroport 1000INR. La propreté du lit, des draps pourraient encore être amélioré. La salle de bain et toilettes étaient propres. worst possible experience with Hotels.com

Absolutely terrible place to book your stay. the pics added by hotels.com is NOT what you get in reality. On top of it hotels.com was not helpful at all in helping to resolve the matter . this is the last time i will be using their services. they have overcharged me for the room as well as we enquired with the hotel when we reached there and the room was available much cheaper than what we got from hotels.com. and they advertise it as the best deals available which is literally fraud !
