Staff were very friendly and ever so helpful. Room was nice, clean, and spacious with a comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty. Area around the hotel was a little noisy, but that was OK for me. I would definitely stay here again.

I was initially reluctant to book as it’s so new however the staff here were really helpful. The rooms clean and house keeping were keen to deliver really quick. Very impressed with how we have been treated as guest. The pick up from the airport was smooth. The location of the hotel is also central and 10/15 minutes away from the airport. I would recommend staying there.

Staff for the majority was great, there was unfortunately no pool access, great bed and western amenities. Felt safe and secure most of the trip, giving 3 stars because a male staff member was able to access our room and came in one night at midnight, not sure what the intent was but they left when my husband yelled in the dark for them to leave.

The staff were ever so welcoming and friendly. I stayed here twice, first at the start of my holiday and then at the end. The rooms are of a good standard, comparable to a good western hotel. Breakfast was also very nice with plenty of variety. The hotel is currently being refurbished throughout and the hotel is taking its time to make sure they have every detail right. Even so, you would not notice any of this work going on. By the summer it should have been completed and will include a swimming pool. When I come back to Bangladesh I will be sure to stay here again and would thoroughly recommend it to anyone coming here.

There was NO shuttle available and the staff spoke little English. Upon contacting the Hotel I was advised shuttle only from Hotel to Airport - I had to make my own way there in the first place? No buffet breakfast available due to low occupancy. The room was average despite being classed a 5* hotel. Tea making facility in the room was poor with plug for keetle at floor level and no Tea bags.The Hotel needs to remove SHUTTLE from their description. I would NOT book this Hotel again.
