The thing is they took 5000 taka for security purposes, nothing was damage and they didn’t say anything when I check out regarding to my security money, i just check with my bank statement shows 5000 withdrawn but hasn’t been credited back

At the checkout, the person at the desk was not pleasant - I already payed when I booked but she was telling me my payment didn’t go through, and that I had to show my credit card receipt. After that she had to call someone to return my 5k in local currency back, which they had taken as a deposit when I checked in. I will choose another hotel next time.

Had a wonderful stay. Everything was excellent, but the highlight was definitely the breakfast and dinner buffet layout with a fantastic spread. The staff were extremely professional and courteous, especially Mr. Amin and Mr. Waleed, who truly know how to treat guests. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable and every staff member was always happy and eager to assist. Highly recommended!

처음 간 도시에서 처음 지냈던 호텔. 복잡하고 지저분한 거리에 있어서 좀 당황스러웠으나, 호텔 내부는 그런대로 깔끔하고 조용합니다. 오래 된 호텔이라 그런지 모든 시설이 좀 노후화 되어 있습니다.아침식사는 그런대로 먹을만 합니다.

Its a very nice hotel. Hotel managment are very good. Looking after gaust and I couldn't find any fault. Close to airport . Thay did have good front office . And staff are excellent looking after people . It's my first visit to Dhaka Bangladesh.its surpris me about hotels hospitality.i will recommend for any tourist can visit Dhaka and enjoy at Dhaka Regency hotel near airport . Lovely food.And what I end up with exten my holiday for 3 more days .😃😀😁

Location is good and close to the airport. Staff is friendly and nice rooftop restaurant. unfortunately, there was a loud noise in the corridor always and it wasn’t clear in the room details that the room with no window. .
