Stayed here to have rest after 7 hours drive, so many challenges here! There is no U Turn for the venue, all closed it seems for safety reasons. The hotel is somehow outdated, no one answer the phone, no one reply back on my Travel App messages, the air conditioning was not working well, the reception hardly answering the calls, the rooms are old, kitchen is really in not good situation, the smell was bad inside the chalet, bathrooms need serious maintenance, TV was not working properly, TV and Satellite remote controls were not working, without battery covers and its auto-shutdown the TV. When we order dine-in/ in-room service, they ring a bill and no one was standing by main door, he keeps ringing and we keep opening the main door and nobody there! Strangely he was waiting by the patio door which we have no idea about, he wanted me to sign on receipt without having a pen, really strange! moreover, that door was not properly functioning. The breakfast was not ok! To ask for omelette egg we need to go inside the kitchen to ask for it and no one was standing by the egg or pancake corner. It was not good experience, I highly recommend putting efforts in doing huge renovations, train staff well on hotels, accommodations and public relations, and highlight proper outdoor signages for guests.
