Sell it as free transfers, but it is only for minimum 7 night stays. This is not written on the ads. Amazing place, very kind employees. Not every drinks and not all the restaurants are included in the all inclusive package. The Grouper grill didn’t have any spots available during our home stay, and we simply couldn’t go to one of the restaurants that is included in the package. The ambassor told us we would try to arrange reservations, but never did. Lunch and dinner are ok. Not marvelous. Breakfast is really good. Besides that, the hotel looks amazing, rooms are fantastic, and every one treats us very well

We have been to Maldives 10 times and this island is in top 3. Food, service and activities are all good. If we should mention a couple of small things that could be improved, it should be the availability of ice cream during the day. We stayed 8 nights and never met the ice cream wagon. Got some ice cream in restaurants but only boring ice scoops in 3 flavors. We missed a shower outside the pool villa, so we could shower after going into the sea or pool. Part from that, we really enjoyed our stay and almost all staff where very kind, smiling and helpful. It is the only island we have been to, where they greet you with a hand to their heart. Really respectful people here and the house keeper Mizan from Bangladesh is best we have ever had.

We had a wonderful stay at Sun Siyam Iru Veli. Everything was very clean and well organized, and the views from our sunset villa were absolutely breathtaking. Watching the sunset from the villa every evening was unforgettable. A special thank you to Naazish, who took care of us during our stay. He fulfilled all our wishes, was always available, and made sure we were comfortable at all times. The housekeeping staff was also amazing - the room was cleaned twice a day and everyone was incredibly kind. The only negative point was the all-inclusive package. Almost all promotional photos show seafood and seafood dishes, but none of that was actually included and had to be paid extra. The only fish included during lunch and dinner was usually one basic type of fish prepared in different ways. We even complained during our stay because it honestly feels misleading and unfair to guests. We asked them if they would expect to eat mainly chicken and beef when going to a tropical island resort by the ocean, and even they agreed the answer was no. They only offered small gestures to calm the situation, which we declined, because we believe changes should apply equally to all guests. At the very least, the hotel should clearly state in the all-inclusive description exactly what is and isn’t included, so guests do not expect seafood to be part of the package because of the marketing photos.

Well kept peaceful and modern facility, everything was fantastic, what more can I say.watersports team were great hosts with fishing and paddle boarding trips, try the wine tasting, it's great fun and quite an education. All the restaurant food was good quality, we loved the service and food the most in Roma. My only down side was on the return to the airport, there is no support from the hotel here, there should be, as another group will pretend to be and over charge for various services from the hotel and offer chargeable services.

Amazing honeymoon, no thanks to the service. The island, the water and the weather were stunning. Resort looked beautiful and rooms felt extremely upscale. Excursions offered were tons of fun. Unfortunately the staff at the watersports rental stand are extremely rude and the waitstaff at the buffet are clueless, like its the first job they've ever had. Not the service you would expect for the price you pay to stay here, which is unfortunate because the resort and natural beauty of the location are jaw dropping.

Unser Wasserbungalow war absolute Klasse: wunderschön gelegen, immer tadellos sauber und ein echter Rückzugsort zum Genießen. Auch das Essen war durchweg lecker und hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Als Honeymoon-Erlebnis war es einfach perfekt. Ganz besonders hervorheben möchten wir zwei Mitarbeiter, die unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht haben: Tharindu, der unseren Zimmerservice mit so viel Sorgfalt und Aufmerksamkeit übernommen hat, und Shuhaan, unser persönlicher Ansprechpartner, der immer für uns da war und sich mit Herz und Engagement um wirklich jedes Anliegen gekümmert hat. Beide haben uns das Gefühl gegeben, rundum umsorgt zu sein – dafür ein riesiges Dankeschön. Foi nossa 3ª vez em Maldivas e nosso 3º resort diferente. Posso dizer que, no geral, foi nossa melhor experiência. De longe o staff mais acolhedor e prestativo, começando logo por nossa chegada na ilha com recepção com faixa de feliz aniversário e cantando parabéns no idioma local. A comida do buffet era bem caseira, sempre com boas opções, mesmo sem ser muito sofisticada. Já no restaurante Roma a comida tinha um nível acima e toda a equipe era fantástica, com destaque para a Nita, que tornou nossa experiência ainda mais acolhedora. Ela é uma pessoa muito especial. As praias do resort são perfeitas, com areias brancas e águas azuis turquesa, com poucas pedras ou algas, mas ao mesmo tempo muito próximas de recifes de corais fantásticos, permitindo fazer snorkeling a poucos metros do nosso bangalô. A vida marinha era fantástica com peixes de mil cores. Vimos ainda tartaruga e moreia, além de muitos tubarões e arraias. Fizemos alguns passeios muito legais para o banco de areia e avistamento de golfinhos. Os passeios e o SPA nos pareceram um pouco mais caros que nos outros resorts que já nos hospedamos. Precisei usar a clínica médica da ilha ao machucar o dedo e me surpreendi com a estrutura do local. Ficamos mais tranquilos ao ver tudo que tinha ali. Por fim, um agradecimento especial ao Shuhaan, que foi nosso host e nos orientou e acolheu durante toda a estadia! Sem dúvida o melhor host que já tivemos.

Dejligt sted og skøn Dolphin Villa. Kæmpe tak til Lasindu og JJ som var dem der gjorde en forskel og altid med et stort smil.

Essen ist schlecht, v.a. im Mainrestaurant. Service ist solala… Personal zwar alle supernett, aber egal wie lange man an der Bar sitzt, es kommt keiner und fragt ob man noch ein Getränk haben möchte. Eher wenig Aktivität. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist bereits in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten superschnell Insel und fast alle sehr Kinderfreundlich. Speziell bedanken möchten wir uns bei Jahit (Zimmereeinigung), Afreen (Bar), Namal und Hashim (Restaurant) und Shakeeb.
