It took 3 men each examining my id and credit card to check me in. The room was filthy with mold in the show and a leaking pipe in the kitchen area. Ask to see the room before you commit.i am surprised Expedia deals with this hotel

There was mouse feces in the bathroom, night stands, under pillows, and dresser. The light on end table jad wores hangint out of it, and the snoke detector on ceiling was hanging by very gew wires. We will NEVER stay here. We actually checked out and went someone else.

It was a great hotel when it was the Town Place Suites. Sonesta has turned this great property into a dump. From the dirty front door glass, stained lobby carpet, grime-stained elevator carpet, moldy bathroom, half put on couch cover and the food products left in the cabinets. Completely disappointed. I checked in & checked out within 10 minutes.

It was the right price for a convention i had to attend. Big rooms with kitchen. Very comfortable beds. It was perfect for what i needed. Counters were all clean. I never walk on floors in hotels without slippers or shoes.
