Very disappointing experience. We traveled to Detroit for a two-day vacation, but unfortunately, we had to leave after only one night because the room was in terrible condition. The room was extremely dirty, the carpet was filthy and honestly looked worse than the street. There was also mold around the windows, and the room had a very unpleasant smell. We did not feel comfortable or clean staying there, especially with our family. We were really looking forward to our trip, but the condition of the room completely ruined our experience. I would not recommend staying here, and I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms.

Even though , the front desk staff was nice, property itself is very poorly managed. Laundry room is non operational. We rented 4 rooms on our way to overseas, and stayed there on our way back, just because we pre booked and were exhausted from an international flight. 2 of the rooms had no AC/heating, 9 out 15 people made it back home to Seattle sick. Won't stay there again.

This place is dated and a dump! Furniture was old. The couch bed had stains on the upholstery. The carpets were stained and had some burn marks. The bathtub was rusted and missing porcelain. There was a huge black stain on the ceiling from the AC? You get what you pay for!!

What I liked was the front desk staff was friendly; however, the rooms are filthy it's impossible for the maid service to be cleaning the rooms we had flying nets each day, they got worst the inside of the stove was not cleaned, and it was disgusting so we could not cook. There were ketchup stains on the door sofa needed cleaning underneath the sofa bed needs to be swept they need to make sure the garbage. is picked up the last but the worst thing is while sitting out by the pool I saw the biggest rat running around I will not ever stay here again clean your room and someone needs to supervise housecleaning

The list of problems was endless. Staff wasn't helpful checking in and didn't explain anything such as where the room was. The pool was dirty, mold on breakfast items. They rent out rooms and the tenants were very loud. Now for the room it was outdated and you could tell they don't care about cleaning. Crumbs, grease, dirty q tip, cobwebs, ripped carpet. blood splatter on the door and wall. Microwave door got jammed and the smell was overwhelming and musty like mold. No central air or a/c
