10/10 AMAZING place and staff

I can't begin to express how much we enjoyed our stay. Pictures dont due this property justice. The best place Ive stayed at in years. They had everything in house we couldve ever wanted. The staff worked with us for our numerous flight delayes. Would 10/10 recommend this property!!!! I can't wait to go back. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Det.

Great change from a hotel! Loved the location And the apartment! The air conditioning was lacking and the leaking from the above apartment was not ideal! But would stay again

The property is in the old industrial area. It is quite isolated from downtown. The area around the loft building and the common areas are old, rundown and somewht dirty. The building has a leaky roof. My bathroom kept on getting buckrtfuls of water from thr ceiling. The appartment itself is large although most lights appear to be burned out
