Staff person did a great job handling the business during check in. He was polite and patient. The room was disgusting. Dirty doors, floors, stained bed sheets. We looked around and left without staying. Should get our money back but not even bothering to ask.

Bed was broke, floors were nasty but it was incredibly cheap so I feel like you get what you paid for. I feel this place could use an investor to come in and give it a make over. It’s in an incredibly convenient location to the airport.

Not a very safe place to stay and very uncomfortable sleeping arrangements. Other guests could be heard yelling outside. Had to call the police on a homeless man that kept trying to start a fight.

I had a good experience at the Magnuson Hotel during my recent trip to Detroit, Michigan. From the moment I arrived, the front desk staff, Ms.Jade, was incredibly welcoming and professional. Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The room and the bathroom were clean. I would recommend this hotel for a family stay.

It good price and it not bad. The hotel entrance is nice and clean and the staff are super nice. But the hall way smell bad and also some area in the room need to update a little but other than that everything is good.

They gave me a room that was occupied then the room that they did give me it was dirt everywhere the windows was filthy there visible dirt on the blow dryer the hallway trash was overflowing the ask for a $50 deposit for no smoking and damages soon as I walked in you smell smoke in the hallways people loitering around the property the staff was cool overall parking wasn’t a problem and the windows do open but the screens were damaged

Transportation to airport was fast and timely, had to wait quite a while for shuttle to pick us up from the airport though. Loved there was a Big Boy next door, no bar - lounge as stated in the ad. Overall nice stay.

Overall super close to the airport and the shuttle is very convenient but the lobby smells like they are trying to hide a dead body. Very old hotel and it shows, if stayed in rooms in Tijuana that are nicer and cleaner than this room. I personally will pay a little more next time for a cleaner hotel.
