Prior to booking this hotel we saw a few reviews which made us wonder if we were booking the right hotel. Well I can tell you, we made the right choice. The bed was comfortable, no issues with the staff & they were all very friendly, breakfast was good and no issues with the parking. We would certainly stay there again without hesitation.

Good morning just a couple of things number one and advertise the swimming pool which is so ice cold. You can't use it. The pillows are flat and they're very terrible to sleep on the refrigerator was broken and a knob was broken on the refrigerator as well and all my food froze. There was also a problem with the Water Main while we were there apparently a little in that it's in a great location and the people were very nice.

Have stayed at the same location last Aug and had an enjoyable stay. When i was time to book another trip home I book my stay here. I arrived early and after explaining to the desk clerk i had been up 42 hrs he allowed me an early check in. There was a heavy musky (weed) smell. It maybe the 2 large dispensaries.that are around the hotel. Set room dated the carpet needed to be restreched the water was barely warm in the shower but I didn't care I needed to sleep. Kids in the next room making noise all night. When I left my room in the morning to go get breakfast people had thrown their trash in the hallway. I think this might be a Detroit thing as i've traveled extensively thur the US and Europe and i've never seen anything like this. Only in Detroit. I lived 45 years in Detroit , and i've never seen that. Breakfast over returning to my room, the lady next door open the door out came 6 kids.Then another woman and 4 kids.12 people in one room?? No wonder there was so much noise coming from that room.

Staff there went above and beyond. Huge shout out to Amara (hopefully spelling your name right darling!). Breakfast was a good variety (biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage, cereal, toast, bagels, waffles, juice, and milk). The hotel was clean and they were very accommodating.
