One look at the breakfast and we opted to walk over to First Watch instead. The hotel is great. The staff is awesome. The breakfast is lackluster. There’s also a nice-looking bar in the lobby that goes unused every evening, so for your nightcap walk over to Brown Iron Brewhouse where there are plenty of beers and ciders on tap, and where you get a discount when staying at the hotel (at the time of writing this review). We’ll be back here every time we come to town due to the location.

Room was very nice. The staff was exceptional. Arriving kate for free breakfast I was Assured I could take anything still out and several people asked for fruit and bagels which the staff supplied. The same woman put together two breakfasts of fruit and yogurt for a young man who arrived even later. It was very nice.

4/10 Poor

We did not find the queen beds comfortable at all, maybe king bed are better but the queen bed felt like an air mattress. Staff members we spoke to were nice some others were stone faced. I think more customer service training is needed. There was food and food containers on the reception desk as well as active consumption of the food. This was a huge turn off. I had high hopes as this being our regular hotel when we visit the area but we won’t be back to this hotel.
