I stayed in an ADA complaint room. Was impressed by the availability of a transfer bench for the tub. As a member of a family with impairments I found this and several other features helpful for those who need them. I would definitely come back for future visits.

The buffet breakfast says it starts at 6AM which was not true. It starts at 7AM. We were leaving before 7AM so this was one reason we chose this property. Please correct this online. We were scolded by staff for taking cold items from the area before leaving the hotel for good despite being told we could grab cold items at 6AM. The hotel itself is really nice although we could really hear the ice machine being used by our room. These are minor gripes. In the grand scheme it is a nice hotel with nice staff members and decent parking.

We booked a 2 queen suit for my family of 4 through Expedia. The hotel said a 1 king suite was sent over from Expedia. They were 100% booked due to a local event, so my kids had to sleep on the pull out couch, which wasn’t very comfortable. This also took away our ‘sitting room’ because it isn’t convenient to file up the couch every morning. Overall the breakfast was ok, the rooms spacious, the staff very nice, and we’d probably stay there again if the need arose.
