Steve at the front desk was a pleasure to converse with, professional and very helpful. Thae hotel was excellent - very clean and up to date. I didn't get a chance to try their breakfast ( my loss ) or the pool but I am sure they are great. I will definitely recommend to friends and family.

Good breakfast with make-your-own pancakes. Costa coffee including decaf available 24 hrs/day. Massive bed, pleasant room. En-suite shower room but wash hand basin in the bedroom is not to everyones liking. Stairwell needed sweeping more often. Good location to visit our relatives.

Staff is nearly useless. The manager was rude, unaccommodating and overall didn’t seem to want to help if we needed anything. Property itself was clean and kept up. The pool and hot tub were very nice although they do swimming lessons for children Sunday’s for children that don’t stay there which was a little frustrating as we were trying to relax before leaving and there’s screaming kids trying to swim. The room itself was clean except the toilet. The toilet had seen better days. Overall not a bad experience but not good either. They need new management desperately and a new staff it seems

The room was very clean. The breakfast was good and so was the breakfast lady (very nice and friendly). The hot tub was awesome. Very big and spacious. First night we were there there was nobody in there, we had it all to ourselves. The second time we were in there the pool and hot tub were much busier. There were some moms and their children in the pool and the little girls (probably 7 or 8) were running and jumping in the pool. That is to be expected. We are empty nesters and really like our quiet time. All together it was a very nice stay.
