We stayed here for one night. The room was okay, and the location was convenient, with several places within walking distance. The lady who checked us in was very nice, but the morning front desk experience was disappointing. We asked about a late checkout from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM as Hilton members, and while I understand it is not guaranteed, the response felt dismissive. I also needed a quiet space for a quick work call and was told nothing was available, so I had to take it in the open lobby while cleaning was happening and carts were being moved around. Later, my husband noticed a guest business center with two monitors and a printer. When I asked about it, I was told her manager had told her guests could no longer use it, even though it looked fully functional. Overall, it was an okay stay, but the morning service and lack of clear communication left us disappointed.

It was a nice clean hotel, but you have to pay for parking when you are a guest to park in their parking lot which I think was weird. If you’re a guest, you shouldn’t have to pay for parking in the parking lot.

The service was EXCELLENT. The room was nice and clean, but the pool water was cloudy and thete is no hot tub. Besides that it was nice. My son turned 17 and decided to celebrate his birthday by stsying at a hotel and going swimming. If you're on a business trip and not looking to use some of the amenities then its a great place to stay.
