Room was clean and everything worked great. There appeared to be nice amenities like a pool and gym but we didn't use them. AC in room was slow to cool but worked. There was a breakfast included that was decent. Plenty of parking. Staff was helpful. Solid place to stay for the price.

Overall the hotel appeared clean, but our room had cobwebs in every room and in every wall. The soap basket in the shower was corroding. I think there is a lighting element in the mirror that did not work because the bathroom was pretty dark. Bathroom walls were also dirty. The air conditioner was quite loud and since the room is very small it was disruptive when trying to sleep. King size bed was somehow smaller than a standard king that we’re used to. And since it was a Friday night we had drunk people up and down the halls all night and a very loud drunk person just outside our window yelling at someone until 3AM. It was not a great stay, some due to the hotel and some due to other people staying. Probably a decent hotel overall.

The staff was lovely: responsive, friendly, and quickly helpful. The room was acceptably clean, albeit the shower curtain needed to be replaced as it was grimy, and there was a hardened substance (candy?) adhered to the carpet in 3-4 spots. Those things didn't affect my stay. The only things that did were the very noisy small refrigerator that made it hard to sleep, and the fact that although they put a coffeemaker in the room and a couple packets of coffee, there were no sweeteners, cream, or coffeecups included. Since they provided coffee and tea in the lobby, I just went down there to get it. But if they want to discourage guests from making coffee in their rooms, better not to provide ANY coffee-making tools, rather than a measly few, or it looks like sloppiness and neglect.
