Rooms were nice could be updated but they are in the process of that I believe. I was impressed with the rooms having 2 rooms in it. Hot tub was nice could be cleaned a but better and they never had towels by thr pool but they did have allot of birthday parties going on so that could be why. Pool was nice with a waterfall and an outdoor area. Would definitely stay again!

My stay was only 2 days , but I enjoyed both days staying at this hotel. They offered me a free bar beverage both days 5pm-7pm. The breakfast was amazing with a full made to order breakfast which included fresh cooked eggs or omelets, turkey sausages, grits, homefries, coffee and a mixed juice bar. For the overall price and quality you can't go wrong booking at this location.

The whole hotel was not maintained. Stained mattress cover. Tub did not drain. Toilet kept running. No sheets or blankets for pull out sofa. Half the elevators were not working. Trash was all over the carpets in the hallway. But, the breakfast every morning was excellent

The hotel was nice. I really like the dove products in the rooms and the staff were nice, my only bad takeaway was that jacuzzi jets didn’t really bubble and the chairs and floors were a little dirty. Other than that I would stay again

The room had several things in poor condition. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but the pool was ice cold and the hot tub had way too many chemicals. Our eyes were burning. The lobby was nice and the room size was good.

We live locally and stayed because our home air conditioner was out. The room wasn't very clean. Tub had an insert that flexed down at least an inch when you stepped. This was weird and slightly dangerous. One of three elevators never worked, the other two were often not working meaning longer walks and waits. The common areas were extremely warm and humid. The one pool was small and over crowded. Kids and young adults were noisy and running around the common area. This was actually nice to see, but went on past midnight when we tried to sleep. Breakfast was decent, but my favorite thing about traveling, waffles, were not available. 3 waffle irons were on the counter taunting us, but no batter, or other supplies, all 3 mornings. Pizza in the restaurant was probably D'Gorno or some frozen brand. All of the staff members we dealt with were very nice and helpful.

The tub stopper did not work properly Housekeeping gave us clean tiles and didn't do the bed or tidy up the room. Breakfast was really really good. The hundred dollars a night for accidents is a bit steep but other than that I guess it was OK.
