I would give this hotel a 5-stars ONLY if they have a good customer service. The hotel, location, rooms were all super nice but no customer service, NO room service. I called the front desk after three nights asking for room service she promised me, they will give us one, but NON. I called to get fresh towels to our room she said we don't have enough staff you have to come and grab them. Zero customer service they need to hire more employees. The coffee pot were empty every-single morning.

The place is beautiful. The staff was friendly, room was nice and clean, the hotel seems to be eco friendly. The only complaint I have is the breakfast they offer. Way too little for such a steep price. If I knew I’d had skip it and gone elsewhere.

Great Hotel and A+ Staff.

The hotel and staff were excellent. Unfortunately I had to leave after the first night due to an injury. Not the fault of the hotel. They were all so kind and caring.

The lobby was impressive with a large fountain, ample seating areas, and high ceilings. We were greeted with fresh chocolate chip cookies, which our kids greatly enjoyed. It was nice to have a convenient snack area with drinks, chips, and even fresh sandwiches and salad options that we could add to our room. The complimentary Starbucks coffee was nice too. This property had a restaurant on-site, and the portions were generous. The swimming pool and hot tub were great amenities. The gym was one of the better hotel gyms I've seen. I enjoyed a nice workout both times we stayed here. The area had many restaurant options, a short drive away. The parking lot was monitored with security and we felt very safe staying here.

Our stay was Excellent, the hotel was very clean and welcoming. Our rooms were clean the beds were very comfortable and quite. The breakfast buffet was fresh and many items to choose from.

My experience was Amazon as always I forgot my swim suit at home so I didn’t get in the jacuzzi like planned. All in all it was a great overnight stay for myself just because!!

Me and my husband came to Michigan to celebrate our 10yr anniversary. We booked the room on the road when we got there we were allowed to check in (such a blessing). Everything was nice and clean. No funny smells at all. The property around the parking lot was sort of messy, but this no reflection on the Hilton itself, that’s due to nasty, trifling guest. We would definitely book here again.
