Hotel was generally good. The staff was helpful and friendly. However, there was absolutely zero counter space in the bathroom. The adjoining restaurant (also very friendly) served one of the worst breakfasts I’ve ever had. How can you possibly ruin an omelette ? They succeeded. We ate at a pancake house for breakfast after that.

Very nice room - very quiet - 2 restaurants right on site - comfortable bed and the nicest bathroom we’ve ever had at a hotel. Building is a little old, but inside is very nice. Picked this hotel as it was the closest to my venue, but very close to Sommerset Mall and lots of restaurants and other places. Felt very safe here and very easy to get around. Would stay here again.

Had a power outage. needed a place to charge my phone and lay my head for a few days. I've always wanted to do a staycation at the Kingsley (IDKW) so once it came up during my search I decided to book even though it's not close to me at all. I wasn't disappointed. The room had great water pressure, so I really enjoyed my shower. The bed was comfy so I had the best rest. Let's not forget the cookies. I checked in and was immediately given warm delicious cookies. I'd stay again. Also for those not from the area its prefect for good food and shopping. Cranbrook is right down the way, fine dining is literally right next door, J. Alexander, is a short 4 miles away. Stay here during your power outage.
