Courteous staff, super clean room and lobby, adequate parking are the positive aspects. I think the room price is a bit high, the snacks are way too much, and the breakfast is not included, nor is coffee! My room had a coffee/tea maker on the counter that did the trick. Selection of TV programs or movies is abysmal, unless you already subscribe to some streaming services at home. As it turns out my room did not have a microwave, but it had a refrigerator- still a microwave is available in the downstairs lounge area for public use.

I am a frequent guest so there's a lot I enjoy about the stay. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This time I did not get a chance to get to the pool. But on my last several stays the jacuzzi was out of order. If it's operational my next stay I can increase my stars to excellent.
