The check in was fast and friendly. We checked in late at night and didn’t turn on all the lights, open the curtains, etc. Unfortunately after walking barefoot we found a previous customer’s undergarments on the floor! After letting the front desk know, she apologized giving us two 10% coupons to return to that Comfort Inn. We’ll pass.

Loved the horel , breakfast, and staff. There was a sticky jelly or syrup stain on the carpet ofmy room, it was still sticky. Other than that, great hotel.

One word: bedbugs! Desk clerk gave us a new room for the second night. Both my wife and I had bites show up. Hers blistered. We will be contacting Choice Hotels and local management for a refund.

Accommodation was fine. I like the staff. Mix up on the breakfast information. Couple staff members told me the Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich was turkey, it was actually pork. Other than that it was good.

Amazing stay & very clean. Staff was excellent & kept everything in stock to make sure our stay was perfect. Great breakfast as well with hot cooked items available along with standard traditional Continental breakfast too. Excellent value & rates!

As soon as we got in the room my 3 year old jumped on the bed and found a pin in the bed. A sewing pin. IN THE BED. he could have been pricked. I then look at the bed to find it dirty. The sheets hadn’t been changed because there was a fluid stain on the sheets. The sheets that my child was sitting on. They came and changed the sheets and gave me a 10% off my next stay for the pin. These were the first 2 strikes. I booked a 2 night stay. On the second day we had an excursion planned and came back to the hotel to our key not working for our room. After going to the front desk we were informed that my room was double booked, house keeping had cleaned my room, touched all of our belongings and put them in our bags and put them behind the front desk, and let the other people in our room. They also tossed out all of the fridge contents including my breastmilk that I worked hard to make and pump to feed my newborn. I now had nothing to feed my newborn. They did put us in another room. This entire stay was terrible. I paid for 2 nights, I should get 2 nights and my things should not be touched by a complete stranger that let themselves into my room without being asked. I expect a phone call from someone to make this right.
