Breakfast options were not great. I appreciate the housekeeper as she was sweet. However, the young black gentleman was not friendly and was quite rude in how he spoke to guests.

Claiming they no longer accept Expedia reservations, they made me pay a second time. Then they failed to verify this blunder with Expedia customer service, so I ended up paying twice. The room was overpriced to begin with. DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS!

Mold on ceiling, mold on shower walls and floor, wallpaper ripping off. Crust on blankets. Stains on chairs. They didn’t even have me registered in the room they gave me when checking in. Left that same evening and had to go find another hotel. Was awful.

Accept the front desk staff, Ashley in particular. The property is in pretty bad shape. Needs major renovations. There should be security on site. Not at all a nice place to stay with the family.

traveled recently out of state for graduation in this area. could not check in at 4 p.m. saying room wasn't ready. no big deal we did paperwork and returned at 9 after visiting with family and having dinner. we were exhausted and looking forward to rest. we went into our handicap room and bed was stripped but unmade, no linens for bed or bathroom. Toilet was disgusting and floor was even soiled. The person at desk tried to be helpful but the other handicap room was not made up. he ended up finding me linens. I made our bed up and cleaned the bathroom with bleach wipes that I carry in my car. 3 clerks that we interacted with said they would tell manager. We never heard from the manager and saw no adjustment in our bill. Not a good experience.
