Only thing that was pretty bizarre was having to leave the room key in a slot on the wall, just to keep the main light on. Also, the stove was pretty difficult to figure out, even after calling to ask for directions, there are multiple buttons you have to press and hold before even getting it on and then it turns off automatically (in the middle of cooking) as well. Other than that, the room was very spacious, clean & comfortable.

We have stayed here several times, the location is great, the rooms good sized with lots of amenities. Checkin took over 30 minutes because there was only 1 agent on duty and she was discussing a potential rental on the phone with a customer who was trying to get a discount. Friday they had a group of 15-20 people that took over the lobby and later moved outside on the patio. The were partying and loud and our room was 3 floors up but you could hear them as if they were in our room. I called the front desk and was told "they would look into it" I don't know what they had to look into you could see and hear them from the front desk. Sometime after midnight I guess the ran out of booze because they cleared out of the patio. Sadly, one of the rooms was across the hall from ours and the ruckus continued until about 1am

Everything was great! The lobby smelled nice as you walked in, the staff was great, the rooms were great, great beds and pillows, and for someone with a bad neck and back, that is huge! I would definitely stay here again, and they allow pets. Great experience all around!
