The hotel with beautiful with great amenities and staff. One thing that stood out was the executives that were walking around the lobbies, in jeans and sweatshirts greeting guests and asking about their stay; very approachable and genuinely interested in how the experience was.

Great service from the valet, to the restaurant at the hotel everyone was welcoming, friendly and helpful. We were in Detroit for one night to see a show and our waitress made sure we got what we needed with plenty of time to get to the event.
