Great budget hotel for a short stay or long term stay staff is amazing especially DJ at the front desk. Close to the freeway to head downtown for some fun. location is amazing for food fun and drink, bars restaurants and shopping all within minutes of the location

The room was adequate and was what I expected for the price… Breakfast was totally inadequate – the two mornings I went down there there was no coffee at 8 o’clock in the morning and there were no cup for the waffle mix… Pastry tray looked like it was hit by a hurricane and there was no one around… Very unacceptable!

I found it odd that on arrival there was no desk clerk but only a card indicating he would be back. 20 minutes waiting he finally appeared. The room was very basic and not bad except for a bad stain on the bedspread that should not have been there. It was quiet however, and I slept well. Did not use the breakfast so I can't rate it although it looked ok.

Property needs to update carpets and hot tubs. The building could use a good power washing especially on the balcony areas going around the property. But overall still a good place to stay. I just like that they have hot tubs suites mainly.
