Although it was older it has been well maintained and clean, The staff was exceptionally nice and very helpful, I stayed in room 306 and it was very clean, comfortable and met all my needs for my stay prior to my flight the next day. Close to airport, could hear occasional planes but did not disturb my sleep. Very reasonable cost compared to others nearby.

The Front Desk staff is awesome, very friendly and understanding. I would add basic restaurant service with gluten free options to be able to eat on site. Breakfast is good, and airport shuffle works perfectly!

Like many older properties, this one could use a facelift. But, for a one-night stay it is good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Beds were clean. Our mini fridge cupboard needs maintenance; they're keeping the door closed with a folded paper. Not a big deal for us for a one-night stay.

Breakfast was ended early like 9:00, should be extended to like 10:00. The hallways carpet and in the room was very old smelling and looking. The room was average nothing special. The staff was amazing and willing to help every step of the way. The staff was tye best part of the trip, friendly, helpful and professional.

I called to see if I could get an early check in. I stayed at a disgusting property in Toledo, Oh the night before. The front desk was able to check me in around 1 pm. The property was clean, the staff was nice and the room had a microwave and refrigerator in it. Would Definitely recommend!

The staff are very very nice. Just be advised that the photos are most likely old now, as it’s looking a lot more run down than they show. The tub was stained, some bathroom tiles were cracked, and there was rust on the table lamps. Hallway carpets also need a good cleaning as well.

Everything was good. Clean room and very helpful staff. I enjoyed the breakfast. The only issue for me was not knowing the airport shuttle had Gateway on it and I was looking for Baymont until I spoke to the front desk at the hotel.
