Don't stay here

To start it off he put me in a room with a Jacuzzi tub but the water didn't get hot, said something then he said oh wait that room is taken, go to this room. Tub worked and was hot but the entire place smelled of mildew and you could hear staff and other people arguing. 200 $ for a tub, food wasn't available nor was the t.v. working. Everything looked in disrepair and I feel as though the electric issues could cause a fire.

The first room I stayed in the shower rod fall down and almost hit me. It wasn’t very clean. I switched rooms and the second room was not too bad. The smoke detector was missing and the wires were showing. The pool was closed, the elevator was not working. But the staff was super nice.

Wow! This was probably the MOST ghetto and unprofessional experience I have ever had with a hotel stay. From the beginning things were ok but odd, the night window worker was very pleasant and professional when checking me in. I was tired from the long drive and just ready to rest and she understood that and made sure I was ok. When entering the room there was a strong smell of water and kinda like a musty mold smell but I said hey the is a Jacuzzi room but I’ll ask the manager about it in the morning. Next morning comes I get dressed for my day and thought when I came back I might wanna hang out in the jacuzzi….. NOPE upon filling the tub and turning on the jets the tub and room were filled with a sewage smell as sewage water began to run from the jets…. At this point I’m outraged because I got the room for the sole purpose of the jacuzzi that I could not use my whole stay. After leaving and coming back because of the smell I returned to my room only to find out I had been checked out of my reservation unknowingly and without reason. I went out to the desk to talk to the day manager about it and he says “you were only to stay for one day and if you are staying for another night you were supposed to come to the desk to tell us so you card can be charged for the next night.” I am immediately upset and reminded him that I purchased 2 days on Expedia and paid for them upfront so I did not understand what he was saying… I immediately switched to the subject of the hot tub and

On your app you say there's a pool. But their pool has been down for over a year. They either can't fix it. The motor to put the cleaner in and all that. Or they have to replace the pool because it's totally whatever. The manager was really nice. We pointed out something on the app. They do not have a laundry area for customers. But the manager took care of that and helped us that way. When we got to our rooms we didn't have washcloths or enough toilet paper. But we didn't go down until the next day we may do. And then they were accusing us of stealing it. And I told him it wasn't there. The bed was comfortable and the TV worked after we plugged it back in to the cable and up.

Needs updating super badly! Wallpaper peeling in my room. Hot water doesn’t come out the sink in bathroom. I had to use the tub for hot water. The tv remote for lobby was not the correct one to room. Your smoke detector in room not attached it’s showing exposed wires.

Staff was not very friendly. Room smelled bad. Carpet was torn, dated and filthy. There were several water stains on the ceiling. Was suppose to be a kink size bed. It was a queen and I’m pretty sure it was an air mattress. Everything was out of order and pool wasn’t open. Waste of money!
