There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. The bath tub faucet was broken and there was not face towels. The towels provided were old and dirty. I DID NOG COMPLAINT AT THE FRONT DESK BECAUSE THEY HAVE TOO MANY INHOUSE RULES SUCH AS U CANT COMPLAINT IN THD ROOM CONDITIONS AFTER 15 MINUTES THAT YOU HAVE BEEN IN THE ROOM...
I was charged by the hotel as well as you’re site. This was the most horrible, unclean and unsafe hotel I have ever been to. There were patrons selling drugs out of their room next to me. And to be charged twice, I will never use your site again for booking!
THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE TAKEN OFF EXPEDIA! THEY DEMANDED CASH WHEN MY SON GOT THERE WHEN IT WAS PAID THROUGH EXPEDIA, THEY SENT MY SON TO THEIR OTHER HOTEL, AND ON GOOGLE THEY HAVE BEEN BUSTED FOR SEX-TRAFFICKING!!!!!!!!!! VERY POOR EXPERIENCE!! HAPPY WITH EXPEDIA FOR HELPING ME CANCEL AND GET ANOTHER HOTEL.

Needed in a pinch
I arrived in Michigan right after an ice storm had knocked out power for most of the area. This was one of the only motels available. The room was clean and warm. The bathroom was very small. The room was tiled not carpeted, so I knew the floor was clean. But the wet conditions meant tracking in dirt and water. Also after showering tracking water through the room made the floor slippery. But in a pinch it was a good place to sleep. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
looked kinda nice on the outside. i reserved a jaccuzzi suit for 1 night. i was only there 20 mins and then turned my key back in and got a refund. as soon as u walk in the room u notice a big mirror and it had not 1 but 3 bullet holes in it. the toilet and the jaccuzzi tub was discusting! had mold and soap scum all over it. there were stains all over the couch, dirty sheets with hand marks all over it. bed bugs. then i opened the microwave and there a greasy old bag of mcdonals food in there. the funniest part was when i turned my key in and wanted a refund he said he was gona have to keep a $25 cleaning fee. lmao. i looked him dead in his face and told him well it better get cleaned then this time. the guy just kinda chuckled and finished my refund. ill admit i didnt look at the reviews i was ina hurry and on the road.
The room has was uncomfortably small and had writing on the doors. The clerk that was working at the desk almost double hooked the room rhat I had already booked and paid for days in advance. The only good thing was that the jacuzzi worked and the bed was comfortable enough to get a decent nights rest. Would I stay there again? H*** no!

they put us in a room that was still being tended to by housekeeping and maintenance. i don't know what they were doing/what took so long because the room still wasn't all that clean. there was hair in the tub and they didn't give us a trashcan. the tv channels included the local networks, hbo, a lot of sports, and a station for hardcore pornography. so this is not a place for children. we had the whirlpool room and a part of the wall where the shower/tub combo is has been replaced with a curtain. the whirlpool was worth it and worked great, but we only used it after we sprayed it down with scrubbing bubbles.
The hotel is run down. I had a hooker bug me when I was walking to the car. The staff was very nice and was the highlight of the hotel.

The victory inn and suites in detroit
Not bad for such a cheap price I do suggest you bring you bring your own blankets and pillows and dont take your shoes off because the carpet will turn your feet black but its close by stores it was easy to find and over all not bad.
This place was an absolute pit; the worst hotel experience I've had in a lifetime (I'm 55). I wanted to get my last 2 nights of the 3 refunded, and the hotel refused to give me a refund. There was whooping-it-up partying the entire night on Friday, and the amorous "hourly" customers on Saturday night were quieter, but kept us awake in a different way all the same. An absolute pit that should be closed down, and makes me nervous about ever booking with Orbitz again.
