“I stayed for 4 weeks at Oakwood in Hangzhou in a one bedroom and really enjoyed the experience. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with a great shower, tub, washer/dryer, full size fridge, coffee maker, toaster, and TV with local channels as well as international channels. The bed was comfortable, and there was ample closet space. The sound insulation was also adequate along with blackout curtains that made sleep time much quieter and darker. “Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou.”

“Good hotel if you're going to the Yiwu Wholesale Buildings. You can walk there in 5 minutes. It has a very good breakfast buffet included and there's a shopping center nearby with many restaurants, Starbucks, etc. Jiang and Nelson, who are at the entrance, were very kind and helped us with transportation and questions about the area. I recommend it if you're going to work.”
