“Was very clean and check in was quick. The problem was that we were given a room that was occupied. That part was awkward and of course, had to go back to front with all of our stuff and get a new room. The rooms were small but it was fine for an overnight. Beds were adequate and the shower was amazing. The blackout curtains were not sufficient to keep the lights out. It was noisy in the morning (7am) with someone vacuuming in the room above us. “Staff very good and friendly. room old and bed/bedding substandard. Pillows unuseable (too thick, hard...not condusive to sleep. TV selection and screen poor. Breakfast was OK (not buffet due to a 'pow wow' filling the hotel (their words not mine) and although there appeared no pressure from 6 to 8 am still got cold scrambled eggs (only option). Place needs work.”
