“Estuve un par de noches por trabajo y fue una estancia agradable. Se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad así que permite evitar parte del tráfico insostenible de Kinshasa.”

“My worst experienced was related to the lack of honesty of people working at the hotel. I tried to book a transfer through them and they changed price from $100 until $250 in just 24 hours. Thanks to them, I couldn´t visit almost nothing in Kinshasa. Thus, breakfast is quite limited and do not have too many available options. One of the ladies at breakfast was really unpolite and threated customers very rude. Only the people in room services, housekeepers, waiters and other were nice. About...

“The property was top class and the staff especially Sharon, was very professional. The only downside was the fact that many people who don’t stay there tend to create an atmosphere of olmost intimidation. They are starting at you straight in the eyes, I don’t know if they are security staff or what they call in Kinshasa, ANR agents? Very unsettling. They are everywhere! Around the pool, lobby,looking at you as if they are investigating you… really I felt unsafe…”
