“For me It just cuts the deal: clóse to the sights, comfortable and very quiet room. Very friendly staff although not all of them speak English. Breakfast just correct. Note that Mandalay is no city for pedestrians: no sidewalks and every time you cross a street you flip a coin for your integrity. Surroundings of this hotel are no exception to that.”

“Un lugar encantador lleno de jardines y frente al río, situado en Bagan viejo, dentro de la zona arqueológica. Incluso dentro de la propiedad hay un templo. Tiene un restaurante muy bien asistido con buena cuchara. El desayuno estuvo bien. La atención del lobby fue excelente, gentiles y colaboradores. La habitación fue muy cómoda, bien ventilada e iluminada.”

“Clean modern hotel, great staff. Sometimes they couldn't understand me, but then they would call in someone who could speak better English. I stay here four days, took a trip the staff helped organize and then returned to this hotel till I left Mandalay. I started walking around the area. Stores and restaurants were close so I could avoid the healthy taxi prices when I was hungry. The road is torn up in front of the hotel but I feel sure it will be reapaired eventually. Try the shaved ice cream...

“El hotel está en la zona sur de Mandalay ,a poco más de media hora del aeropuerto. Yo lo reserve pensando que estaba más cerca. El hotel está en una zona que hay una autovía con mucho tráfico y un par de restaurantes. Me dieron una habitación sin ventana, nunca lo había visto, y cuando entre a la ducha no funcionaba. Al poco de llamar a recepción subió un empleado a reparar. Durante la noche hubo bastante ruido por los pasillos. En resumen, yo no volveré jamás.”

“Expedia canceled the booking of my original hotel. They asked me to choose between 3 options to replace it, which I did in a timely manner. Despite my request, Expedia did not send me the booking for this new hotel on time. It was send to me after few hours I checked in another hotel that I have to look for muself. I had to go around time to check the options that Expedia gave One of the options that Expedia gave to replace the original booking is even out of service.”
