“i think you need to read past reviews with a grain of salt. Similar to some Amazon reviewers, there are folks that just can't be satisfied. If you've ever stayed at a Motel 6 in the US, this place is leaps and bounds better. Sure, it lacks amenities, like a shelf in the shower for shampoo and soap. And if you demand a western-style breakfast, get over it - your'e traveling....in Indonesia...and it's free. If you're a budget traveler, this place rocks”

“We prepaid one night to easily transition from the Waisai - Sorong ferry to tomorrow's SOQ flight. It met all our Western expectations with a quiet 3rd floor double with 2 narrow windows. Well equipped with comfortable bed, modern bathroom with toiletries, coffee maker, buffet breakfast with cooked eggs, ATM on premises, even Xmas decorations. Crossed street to small modern convenience store. The general area is not very walk-able.”
