“Our stay at the Sheraton was excellent! The room surpassed our expectations, and the shower is absolutely incredible! My goodness, you felt refreshed and revived, ready to take on the day's adventures or to wind down at night. I have zero complaints! And yes, you do get the stuffed camel souvenir. Definitely worth the visit! ”

“Check-in was rather difficult. None of the front desk staff, or any staff for that matter, spoke any English. When I arrived, they wanted to charge me a much larger amount for the room. Fortunately, my Chinese friends were there to help sort things out. After I showed them the email from Hotels.com, the pricing was sorted out. Having stayed in various hotels around China, I expected much better accommodations for the price. In short, the room was not good value for money.”
