“It was a nice experience and definitely enjoyed it, if it was great I would have said so. Our toilet seat was broken the tents were a bit tired, and all in all I think an 8/10. The front of house staff were fantastic, the driver on the expensive 4x4 transfer from Mezougah to the tent was not so friendly but nor was he rude or unpleasant so those are the reasons for our rating”

Ourzazate is a movie town, the Hollywood of Morocco, and this beautiful hotel is a tribute to the famous films made in Morocco. The suites are huge and elegantly appointed. The service is exceptional...and they even accommodated us a day later than our original reservation because we were delayed...with no hassles and great kindness. I highly recommend this beautiful property.”

“We arrived late (@11pm) by car. We were tired, hungry, and just plain worn out! As soon as we arrived we were immediately helped with luggage and shown to our room. The kitchen had already closed but the manager made us a plate with bread, olives, and salad with a bottle of wine! It was fantastic!
