"Limited dining to only whatever dish they are serving and the times they serve. No options. No hot water in the cabins for shower. They tried to put us in a group to do all the same excursions as a group. We opted out of the excursions, which all cost extra. Wanted to relax by the pool but cool weather settled in for a few days. "Our experience was amazing! This was an experience that I have always dreamed about. The guides for the excursions were the best. They were so knowledgeable and friendly. I will never forget all the beautiful sounds that you wake up to in the rainforest. The lodge was very eco friendly and the rooms were very clean. The rooms only have three walls so it is normal to find an insect here and there. I will definitely be returning. "
