“Exceptional Hotel, located right on the snow, views up to the main peak and across to the magic carpet, chair lifts and cable cars. The village with restaurants and shops is also very close, just a short walk from the hotel. The staff were very kind and helpful, the breakfast was abundant with a selection of both eastern and western foods. Special thank you to Julie and Kohl for taking such good care of us at breakfast. “Don’t be fooled by the Westin branding. Classic domestic hotel: looks good from a distance but rooms too hot and too dry, no way to control heating, fixtures and fittings falling apart, horrible smells coming from the plumbing, poor cleanliness, offensively bad coffee etc. Honestly, I suspect it’s no better or worse than the neighbouring hotels, just giving an honest review from a European perspective. Staff were very friendly though, and it’s very close to the ski area. Good restaurants...
