“We stayed in the king room with pavilion view which was stunningly beautiful pavilion day and night especially, the day view with river was also absolutely beautiful! One thing we didn’t like was the sink in a diagonal shape inside the sink which was wired . Breakfast was also great with many varieties Asian or western food , we loved it so much . Just the carpet floor has some stains but as long as you wear slippers didn’t bother us . Overall it was greet location, view and breakfast”

“Stayed 2nights but got charged 3 nights. Upon booking it was clearly mention pay at the hotel upon check out but at the time of booking either hotel or hotels.com took 1 night deposit and at the hotel also took 2nights so total 3 nights paid. No one took responsibility. Ended up keep calling Hotels.com CS and hotel, long waiting and bound back and forth, finally will get 1 night refund but don’t know when. ”
