“El onsen es una maravilla. Estuvimos hace diez anyos y hemos querido repetir, y no nos arrepentimos. Las habitaciones son de estilo japones. Es cierto que el hotel tiene ya unos anyos, pero todo esta en perfecto estado y el personal es muy amable. La cena y el desayuno de maravilla. Esta vez vimos mas turistas occidentales, pero el publico japones sigue siendo mayoritario, y en cualquier caso el espiritu del hotel sigue siendo 100% japones. Hay varias piscinas termales y todas son estupendas....

“One of the best hotel in Kusatsu according to me. In the center of Kusatsu, near to everything. Service was perfect and hotel was 100% clean. Staff team was kind, respectful etc. Little negative point, there is no bathroom in some rooms (or in every room ?)”

“義母の還暦祝いで家族3世代３家族の大所帯旅行になりました。出発前に電話があり朝食、夕食の事前時間指定の案内もあり助かりました。 部屋も清潔で布団が羽毛布団で軽くて暖かかったです。スタッフも沢山いて安心したし外国人の方も流暢な日本語でびっくりしました。部屋で誕生日ケーキを準備してもらい祝うことができたした。また行きたいです。”

“Great location, just couple steps from Yubatake hot springs, you can tell facilities are a bit old but well kept, big room, great staff, big buffete dinner, breakfast a bit short in options but good, safe area. It is a natural onsen town so expect its particular smell at all time, inside hotel they do a good job isolating it but still keep that in mind. Onsen is awesome, by gender, traditional dress code (no clothes), 3 hot tubs at different temps and outdoor pool.”

“We love staying at historic hotel. Best feature of Natalya is it's on-site onsen which is convienently accessible for hotel guests. Dining was great but they need more staff training for international guests. Checkout was a bit chaotic and inefficient with guests sitting around in the lobby waiting for the turn to be checked out (two staff at reception, and only one was doing all the checkouts). Otherwise, the hotel is convienently located close to town center and walking distance to the bus...

“It is an older building without elevator. It has a small onsen that only 4 people are allowed to use at the same time. Different onsen for male and female I have no problem using the onsen. The room has toilet and wash basin but no shower. Light breakfast is included. The Ryokan is located right in town. Just a short walk to the Yubatake. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it is a decent place to stay overnight. ”

“Nice stay at this traditional ryokan (arquitecture, interior design, decoration). Free coffee at the lobby. It was my first experience in staying at this type of hotels, not including absolutely no food (dinner or breakfast) for the amount paid per person. however, hotel is nice, not many places to have breakfast in town.”
