“El servicio de limpieza, en habitación, la recepción están muy buen. la piscina muy agradable, merecería una pequeña renovación, la playa está muy bien con agua cristalinas. La calidad de la comida en el restaurante view es de buena calidad, pero a veces el servicio es lento hay pedir varios veces antes que te traigan las cosas ( bebidas asiento de bebé y otras cosas...), el agua en general es gratis, muy bien, porque el año pasado estábamos en un hotel en ras al kaima estaba 5 € la botella...

“Excellent team of staff in this hotel. I like to mention few names, with whom I had contact with and the professionalism, courtesy, friendliness they showed towards us. Manager Ahmed Yehia, check in staff Shiyan and Samayeta and housekeeper Shivam. These people are great asset to this hotel. Location is excellent as it is connected to mall and heaps of free undercover parking. Breakfast has great varieties and large dinning room with lots of morning light. “We can really recommend staying there. If you go by car to Sandy Beach it’s the perfect place. Everyone was really nice and they gave us a quiet room. It was a twin room but they joined the beds and we did not notice the difference, was worth the good night’s sleep. No carpet on the floor and a/c at 17 when we arrived let us shiver a little. Room is big and bathroom has a nice shower but water comes though a gap in the shower cabin and wets the floor. We got additional towels when we asked for...
