Väldigt bra service från att jag anlände till flygplatsen tills jag åkte hem De hjälpte till med alla utflykter aldrig några som helst problem, guiden, bilen och chauffören var alltid på plats utsatt tid och var väldigt proffisionella och skickliga på deras jobb. Bra mat lite sämre wi-fi men det fick jag reda på när jag kom att de har problem med företaget som levererar, underbar personal och en chef som verkligen är mån om sina gäster Hit återkommer...

“Sehr schöne Insel, die ich schon mehrfach besucht habe, auch als es dort noch keine Hotelanlage gab. Die ist vorbildlich in die Vegetation der Insel integriert und verfügt über angenehm schlicht gehaltenen, aber in jeder Hinsicht perfekten Komfort für einen entspannten Barfuß-Urlaub. Auch die unaufdringliche Freundlichkeit des immer verfügbaren und hervorragend geschulten Personals ist aus meiner Sicht mit der Bestnote nur unzureichend bewertet.”

Casi todo el personal es muy amable excepto una persona de recepción, con la que tuvimos varias “confusiones” con el precio tuk tuk y la cual indicamos que queríamos media pension e hizo caso omiso, teniendo que volver otra vez a recepción y pasar incomodidad. Es un hotel muy comodo y bonito, aunque faltaría que parte de las 5 personas que estan en la barra viniesen a la playa o piscina para saber si quieres tomar algo.
