“Overall the hotel is fine, but we had a dissapointing experience upon our arrival. The room that was appoitend to us smelled really badly like cigarettes (in a way that it was like entering an ash tray). When we complained to the staff about this, their reply was: 'just open the windows and spray some deodorant'. Only after I then threatened to cancel and to find a different hotel, they found a solution and gave us another room. To me this is not 4 star client friendly service. Overall I wiuld...

“It was an excellent stay in a lovely villa located on the outskirts of Catania, in a room with a private bathroom. It is a gated property with an easy parking and we even got our own gate opener. It’s a historic property run by a lovely duo of the mother and daughter, eager to share their suggestions on local restaurants and places to see. If you want to stay closer to Etna and avoid the traffic and parking hassle in Catania, this is a place to stay. ”
