“I stayed for just one night at Afrique Hotel, Douala and it is a very pleasant experience. I was picked up from the airport and also dropped off at 4am to catch an early morning flight. The room and facilities were neat and decent.The hotel staff were very friendly and accomodating.I will not hesistate to recommend the hotel to others.”

“You absolutly need to take the upgrade. its just 5 $ more but twice the size, fridge, Comfortable beds and pillows. Internet is really good if not at end of hallwayt , ask to be near the stairs. For breakfast, don't ! slow and very ordinary. There is a very good resto 60 m before. There is also a large super market with everything you want. ALso at rond point there is farmer's market. The pressure is good, wish they had shower curtains. The pool is well maintain which imply sometime you cant use...

“Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable. Food is OK Hotel needs some renovation. Air condition is noisy and didn't work one day (maybe it was an isolated accident, but it is something serious!) Wifi could be better.”

“We are here for the itf tournament. This was one of their host hotel. The location is off the main road. It as a small market next to the hotel. The rooms are larger than I expected. The bathroom is updated with shower and tub with good hot water. We stayed at royal palace last year. The in dk are bigger and more updated. Hotel staffs are friendly. The hotel restaurant is a hit or miss. The pasta can be good one day and not so good the next day. But the servers are great. ”
