"The phone was disconnected, the TV didn't work, there were a lot of locals in the hotel just hanging and drinking .
I asked for my phone to be fix and the ignored me.
A kid that wasn't staying at the hotel was in the pool and was really aggressive tours my daughter."

"This motel should not be available via Hotels.com. 1) they did not have our reservation 2) the noise from pool area literally moved my bed during the night. 3) restaurant closed probably due to holes in roof. All for $88. Ripped off!!"

"Electricity kept going out and cable but the cable didn't work the electricity did. Nice clean pool great view. Very hard to find. It is actually in los patos beach not paraíso beach area. Good that breakfast was included nice and filling. "
