“Drink and food cost way too much ”

“I have done many business travels all over the world and domestically in the USA in my work life so far. I stayed in from 3-star to 5-star hotels. Keep in mind it is not a 5-star or 4-star hotel. But I never felt so comfortable and cared for in any hotel, anywhere, what I felt staying here. The service was above and beyond expectation. Their hospitality was beyond imagination. “CNGでホテルの前に着いた時の印象では、大丈夫かな…と若干不安になるような感じでした。 しかし、中に入るとニコニコしたスタッフさんがウェルカムドリンクで迎えて下さり、とても感じが良かったです。英語も全く問題なく通じ、とても丁寧な対応にこちらも思わず微笑んでしまいました。 ただ、夕食や朝食は時間通りにはまず来ないので、頼む際には十分時間に余裕を持ってお願いしたほうが無難です。”

“Average condition hotel for price paid. No breakfast offered whilst included in the price. One way Airport transfer provided on request although staff were not happy claiming 'this is not offered to Hotels.com customers'. Overall good.”

“Staff was extremely customer service oriented. Everyone made it easy for we mono-lingual Americans in that they all spoke good English. Close to airport. Room clean and nice fruit basket provided. We asked for an early boxed breakfast and as we had early morning flight and it was delicious. Only down side was a rip-off airport shuttle service that was 10 times what it cost on the street”

“This was my first staying in this hotel when visiting from the USA. Its a nice hotel and staff is friendly and helpful. They upgraded my room with window view when i came to find out the room i booked with expedia didnt have a window. So the staff are very proactive and helpful. will def stay again”
