"The house is really big and beautiful outside the house. Staff is helpful and can communicate well in English. Kitchen and washing machine are function well. Sufficient hot water but sometimes it's difficult to control the water temperature. Heater on the ground floor only and it's quite cold if not nearby the heater."

The house is very conveniently located in lower Hirafu with lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. If you decide to rent a car like us, there is space for 2 cars just in front of the property. One thing to note is that there is no salt, pepper, oil, tea/coffee etc in the kitchen so you need to get your own if you do...
