"Rooms are small, but clean and comfortable with heat and A/C. Service was excellent, and the food outstanding and the prices very good. (Be sure to order the meatballs - without question, they're the best I've ever had!) Best of all, however, was the staff. They bent over backward to accommodate us when I made an error in the booking dates. Very helpful, very gracious, and very accommodating. Ten stars!"

I liked how the hotel staff, from the proprietor, to reception staff, to restaurant staff were pleasant in meeting and services.. Lubna, the reception staffer was extra nice, and offered her help, and translation ability to assist us in information in Deverk as well as in Safranbolu when we went there next.
