Hotel with a Concierge in Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship

"My reservation was for a “Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, Lake View.” We arrived late, and we were very surprised to wake up without a lake view. Why did we receive a different room? no one answered. I do not recommend it. "

"The hotel itself was OK, except for not so fresh smell in the room and the bathroom, everything was acceptable. The biggest problem had started in a middle of the night.
