"Everyone is really friendly and welcoming to travelers. This is a super cool city where most people get around using bikes. It's got tons of great food and entertainment options and is extremely safe for those coming from outside Serbia. Highly recommend! Also, if you are booking with expedia, make sure you have the hotel contact expedia to confirm payment. We were charged initially because that info never made it to the hotel. Other than that both expedia and Sheraton NS made this an easy place...

Minor suggestion for improvement- even though the area is super safe, it would be good to have security entry to the building (main entrance or lifts) especially at night. Anyone could walk in, take lift leading to the rooms by bypassing the reception. "
